The name TERZO comes from the Italian word for 'third', and in our case,

the third evolution of Metuchen's longest standing Italian restaurant, Torino 2.

Our restaurant offers a modern glorified take on both classic and reimagined Italian cuisine using farm fresh ingredients and homemade pasta.

You know a restaurant is serious about pasta when they have an entire room dedicated to just that. We go all the way with our own in-house pasta extruder and a full-blown pasta lab for filled pasta & gnocchi work.

Enjoy a three-course pasta tasting from any of our daily pasta options, all innovative fresh pasta dishes that you won't find anywhere else.

Wine & Sangria

We are proud to be a showroom for Domenico Winery of California, offering their award winning wines at retail price. Pitchers of red & white homemade sangria also available.

A special round accent table inspired by the Busch family's go-to for family outings. Perfectly sized for a group of 6 to be equally immersed in the moment & conversation.

The Oak Room

Our warm & inviting semi-private dining room set for a party of up to 40 guests with different prix fixe menu options.
